- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I will be speaking to a lawyer by the time I am finished. I am absolutely disappointed in the service I've received this year. I spent almost $500 in fees to have my taxes prepared and protected and when my taxes were sent to the wrong account that I DID NOT give my rep all they were concerned about was who to point the blame at! I was argued with over and over on the phone at first then I was called again to be given an appointment then AGAIN to be told I didn't have to show up to this appointment, that there was NOTHING they could do for me to help me retrieve my refund and that "the good thing is, your state taxes are being sent to the right account" COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE!By Jessica Peek/Barton, February 12, 2017
